🛒 Ingredients

½ kg Chicken (bone-in preferred)

3 tbsp Oil (desi ghee or neutral oil)

2 medium Tomatoes (blended or finely chopped)

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1-2 Green Chilies (sliced)

1 tsp Crushed Red Chili (optional, for extra heat)

👨🍳 Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Sear the Chicken
Heat oil in a wok or heavy-bottom pan. Add chicken and sauté on high heat until it changes color (4-5 mins).
Step 2: Add Garlic & Tomatoes
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins. Then add chopped/blended tomatoes and let them cook down until oil separates.
Step 3: Add Masala
Add Spices Hut Karahi Masala and crushed red chili. Mix well so the chicken is fully coated in spices. Cook for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 4: Simmer & Finish
Add a splash of water if needed, then cover and cook until chicken is tender. Add green chilies in the final 2 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Top with fresh coriander and julienned ginger. Serve hot with naan or roti. 🍽️
