  • ½ kg Chicken (bone-in preferred)

  • 3 tbsp Oil (desi ghee or neutral oil)

  • 2 medium Tomatoes (blended or finely chopped)

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1-2 Green Chilies (sliced)

  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Chili (optional, for extra heat)

👨‍🍳 Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Sear the Chicken
Heat oil in a wok or heavy-bottom pan. Add chicken and sauté on high heat until it changes color (4-5 mins).

Step 2: Add Garlic & Tomatoes
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins. Then add chopped/blended tomatoes and let them cook down until oil separates.

Step 3: Add Masala

Step 4: Simmer & Finish
