At Spices Hut, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality products to your doorstep. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Returns Policy makes the process simple and fair.

  1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged or expired upon delivery
  • The packaging was tampered or broken
  • The item is missing from the package

Note: We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
  1. Exchange Option
  • You may choose to exchange the item instead of a refund.
  • We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received.
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
